Are these products suitable for complete beginners?
You may be an absolute beginner or have many years experience on the pole. These products are for everyone. Some are also useful for other sports such as Dry Hands™ a non sticky solution for activities which require optimum grip. The water bottle is a trusted companion for daily use. It can be used as a phone stand, making capturing moments hassle free. You may want to record whilst you are cooking or playing sport or whilst spinning around the pole. Easy to use. Effortless by design.
Can I track my order and how long will it take to deliver?
Yes, customers can track their orders through Squarespace. Once your order is shipped via Royal Mail 48 hour service, a tracking number is provided allowing customers to monitor the delivery status directly through Squarespace. Alternative shipping methods can be requested and I will do my best to fulfil these. Delivery timeframes are a live representation at the time of ordering and are subject to change. If you have already placed an order please check your shipping confirmation email for your specific delivery time frames and tracking link.
I have not received my order. What should I do?
Have you tracked your order? You will find your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email - this should keep you up to date with your order from Pole Poetry. If your parcel has exceeded the delivery schedule and there has been no update on the tracking portal please contact me via email - wendy@polepoetry.co.uk. Please rest assured if your parcel is declared lost by the courier, we will offer you a refund or a replacement for your order.
