Pole Poetry was born at Valentynne, a soulmate’s hideaway on the Cornish shores, where time stretches endlessly and the waves kiss the shoreline like the turning pages of a beloved book.

For many years, my vocation was devoted to supporting families navigating life’s challenges. Stepping away from that role, I poured myself into raising my own family, cherishing every fleeting moment — only to blink and find my children grown, wings unfurling as they take flight into their own lives.

Now, it is time for a new chapter. I discovered pole fitness at the age of 48, searching for an alternative to the gym. Terrified and fully clothed, I attended my first class — and I have never looked back.

Now qualified as an instructor, I aim to give others the experience I had: a liberating, joyful way to increase fitness, meet like-minded people, and challenge your body in ways you never imagined. Along the way, I’ve created a variety of products designed to enhance anyone’s pole journey, helping you express yourself, grow stronger, and embrace every moment of movement.
